Now, I don't necessarily believe that brides need to lose weight to be beautiful for their big day. However, stress from planning and resulting illnesses that can be caused by stress are another issue. Eating right and working out are key during this time before (and lets face it, after) the wedding, and it is especially good for stress reduction.
I have a yoga/exercise ball. After a cholesterol reality check from my doctor, I pulled it out and decided to look online for tips on yoga ball workouts. So, here you go! I'd recommend following any workout with a short meditation to bring you back down and to center yourself.
