An absolute must-have. This may be a good idea to give one to each of your wedding party members (men too, though modified of course) in case of any emergencies they may have as well. Men's kits could include: safety-pins, facial tissue, ibuporphen and breath mints, antacids, etc. Obviously theirs will be a lot smaller than those for the ladies but still, it would be nice to have.
